We value vacancy—a lot. We prefer centers with vacancy, so while some acquisition companies will view that as a risky asset, we prefer it.
Limited approval process. Fast decision. There isn’t a huge committee of people to jump through. It’s a small team, and our principals make decisions really quickly, so if we like an asset, you will know quickly.
