Center was acquired with 40% occupancy and currently is at 96% occupied with two small shop spaces available. We took the former K-Mart box space which we knew was one of their higher performing regional stores, and demised it for Half Price Bargains (a regional chain with 30+ stores) and Roses (national chain with over 100 years of operating history and close to 200 stores). The remaining spaces were backfilled with a regional home health care aid business and Dollar Tree. We are looking for two local tenants in the remaining spaces and intend to divest of this center in the coming months as it is fully stabilized.
