Brookwood Capital was pleased to do the first Home Outlet in the entire state of Indiana. We acquired this two tenant strip center with a vacant box, and secured Home Outlet a national chain with over 100 years in operation for the anchor space. We then sold it to a private investor who held it for a high return cash flow with limited risk as it was a three tenant national NNN center.
